MEET OUR TEAM

MIchelle Williams

Director and Executive Operations Pastor

“I love being with my family and friends, but especially with my grandson. Education has always been a passion of mine. I have been a business owner, school age teacher, as well as a Pastor. I have a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and have worked with kids and families for over 40 years. My heart is to see children grow academically, emotionally, and especially spiritually. I look forward to partnering with you as the parent to help our kids grow into who God created them to be.”

Sammi MOser

Infants Teacher

“I am a mother to 2 beautiful girls, Avery & Anslee, and 1 big Saint Bernard pup, Fozzie. I love reading, being outside, and spending my free time doing things for the kid’s in our center and community. I enjoy working with our children and seeing them grow eveyday. One of my favorite things is to read to them.”

Cheryl Aguilar

Infants Teacher

“I am a wife to an amazing husband and mom of an active 1-year-old son. I am a college graduate and have a passion for global missions. Currently, my mission field is the infants room here at the center. This is where I get to pour into our babies and toddlers through play, singing, teaching sign language, reading, and outdoor discoveries. I have been on multiple missions trips helping others and learning about their culture.”

Rowan Powers

2’s Teacher

“I love being outdoors with my family and friends, but especially with my husband and nieces and nephews. God has been in the center of my life since I was a child. Creating a strong Biblical foundation in children at a young age is so important. I desire to love children well so they know they are valued and important and most importantly show them how much Jesus loves them.”

Carrie St. clair

2’s Aide

“I enjoy being outdoors and with my husband and daughter. We spend time together playing games, baking, building things, and riding 4-wheelers. Children are a special gift from God and I believe that each child is created uniquely in God’s image. I also serve in the preschool room at Lifehouse Church. I also attended a Bible institute where I obtained a certificate in teaching Biblical truths.”

Carrie Merriman

3’s Teacher

“God is amazing and has blessed me with 3 amazing children of my own and a husband who is highly supportive of my calling in education. I love serving at the center, as well as being able to serve with my family at Lifehouse Church. I have been working with children for over 20 years. I like creating and building relationships with the parents of the children I teach, as this is highly beneficial for the child.”

emily alecia

3’s Aide

“I have an amazing husband and we serve together on the Lifehouse worship team at the Chambersburg Campus. Being able to work with children and see them grow and develop is a special honor. I enjoy being able to communicate to our students who are part of a spanish speaking family, allowing the language they speak at home to be heard in the center and to help integrate it here. I am passionate about drawing, singing, and take photos. I have been able to use my passion of photography to post photos for the center, as well as take school of all of our children.”

Brittany Smith

4’s Teacher and Curriculum Developer

“In my spare time I enjoy working on my knitting projects, as well as spending time with family and my two beagles! Teaching children has been a part of the roles I have filled for many years. It is a blessing to watch children experience while helping them make sense of it. My biggest passion is to teach children academics through a biblical lens. This way they may see God all around them, even in the little things. Jeremiah 31:3 guides me to live life through the deep love Christ has for me, so other may experience the same love.”

Drew Merrill

Aide

“I have been working with kids since I was in 6th grade. I became a Royal Rangers Commander and teach in the preschool room on Sundays at Lifehouse. I know this is where God has called me. I love watching children grow and explore as they learn new things. I enjoy taking students on nature walks and teaching them tangible life skills.”
